Once you have begun your tours, you can modify these criteria based on our your visits went.

Visits
You have reached the most exciting step of the buying adventure: the visits!
Plan your visits and document each one of them in the "past visits report" section so as not to forget anything along the way.

Offers
You have found a property that meets all your search criteria, you are now ready to make an offer, accompanied by your broker.
Once your offer is sent to the seller, there is only a few scenarios that will allow you to pull out, so take your time, it's a big step.

Inspection
Inspection is an important step to avoid any unpleasant surprises.
It will take place in the days following the acceptance of your offer by the seller.
You will then have a few days to review your inspector's report and be satisfied with it so that the transaction can proceed.

Financing
The bank may impose conditions on your financing, such as verifying the value of the property you are about to purchase, particularly if your down payment is equal to or greater than 20% of the purchase price.
All conditions must be met for your approval to be considered final.

Notary
